Militado D12 vs Baltany S2019: what should you compare?

The current Militado D12 and Baltany S2019 listings share several headline specifications: a VD78 quartz movement, 36mm stainless-steel case, sapphire crystal with AR coating, 18mm strap width and stated 100m water resistance. These are published specifications, not a side-by-side performance test.

Older comparisons sometimes describe the Militado as having no AR coating. The current D12 listing here specifies domed sapphire with clear AR. Shared specifications alone do not establish equal reflections, finishing or lume performance.
