Please inspect the case before assembly. Any visible damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Our after-sales service covers confirmed manufacturing defects. Damage caused during assembly, including scratches, incorrect tools, excessive force, modification, or damage to threads, screws, gaskets, and other components, is not covered. Compatibility with parts not specifically listed on this product page is not guaranteed.

For confirmed manufacturing defects, we will provide a suitable solution, such as replacement parts, exchange, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue. Installation fees, watchmaker fees, and damage to other components are not covered.

The case specification does not guarantee the water resistance of a customer-assembled watch. Professional pressure testing is required before exposing the completed watch to water.
