Watchdives WD1954 Arctic Classic 36mm VH31 Watch

The Arctic Classic 36 uses enlarged printed lume dots and a two-layer embedded chapter-ring construction to create a late-1950s vintage look with added depth. Very small alignment differences may be visible under magnification and are a normal characteristic of this construction.

Quick Note on Dial & Chapter Ring Construction

For the Arctic Classic 36, we intentionally enlarged the printed lume dots through multiple printing passes to achieve a more authentic late-1950s vintage look.

The chapter ring uses a two-layer embedded construction to add depth and visual character that cannot be achieved with a flat, single-piece design.

Because of this layered structure, very minor alignment differences between the chapter ring and applied hour markers may be visible when viewed under magnification. This is a known and expected characteristic of this construction method and falls well within normal manufacturing tolerances.

These characteristics do not affect functionality, durability, or timekeeping in any way.

If you appreciate vintage aesthetics with depth and character, this design is intentional.
